Trevor Simm
President & Founder
Trevor Simm has nearly 20 years of recruiting experience. Before starting Talos Solutions in 2014, he founded OpalStaff, which provides companies and government organizations with IT and technical staff augmentation. Under his leadership, OpalStaff experienced consistent year over year growth, making it one of the top technical staffing agencies in Maryland. OpalStaff has twice been placed on Inc. Magazine‘s Fastest Growing Private Company list, and it earned the Best Place to Work award by the Baltimore Business Journal.
Trevor was named a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Baltimore Business Journal, an Entrepreneur of the Year finalist by Ernst & Young, and a SmartCEO Future 50 award recipient. Trevor also served six years in the United States Marine Corps.
